Urban Land Institute

Urban Land Institute is a non profit research and education organization supported by its members. Founded in 1936, its members, from 95 countries, represent the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines practised in the private and public sectors. ULI facilitates an open exchange of ideas, information, and experience among US local, US national, and international industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places. It initiates research that anticipates emerging land use trends and issues, proposing creative solutions based on that research. Its publishing program imparts cumulative knowledge to help the development community continuously improve its performance.
