In the subsequent eight chapters students consider the rules in detail and see how they are applied in bar admission, duty of competence and malpractice, the attorney-client relationships, and the setting of fees. The text also addresses confidentiality, conflict, the duty to file in good faith, attorney advertising, and lawyer criticism of the judiciary.
